Rich Cinquepalmi, M.A., Associate Director, Pearson Learning Teams

Rich Cinquepalmi, M.A., Elementary Associate Director has worked in public education for the past 16 years where he has had the opportunity to teach grades K-12 and serve as a site administrator for grades pre-K to 8. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the Ohio State University, Masters Degree in Music Education from Kent State University, Masters Degree in School Administration from Ashland University, and his Superintendent credential from Ashland University. Rich served as a public school Principal for eight years in both the elementary and middle school settings and has served as a Principal mentor for the Ohio Principal's entry year program. Rich was a site Principal in Massillon, Ohio and implemented Pearson Learning Teams as a pilot project through John Carroll University and Reading First Ohio. Currently, Rich is directing the Ohio project which now extends across all regions of the state and he is overseeing a pilot project in Pleasants County West Virginia.
