Brad Darling, Ed.D., Secondary Director, LT™ Learning Teams Brad Darling, Ed.D. is the Secondary Director of Pearson Achievement Solutions Learning Teams. While serving as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, he completed his MEd. In Educational Administration & Management from Sydney University. His Ed.D was earned at UCLA, where his research focused on school effectiveness, from the student perspective. His findings have been used to improve schools within the Orange County Department of Education, as well as correctional schools throughout the nation. During his teaching and administrative career, he has served as an instructional leader in public, correctional, private and higher educational settings. His current research is based on assisting large urban districts in Los Angeles and New York City systematically improve their administrative leadership and focus teacher instruction on student learning. |
