Teri Hollingsworth, Ph.D. Associate Director, LT™ Learning Teams. Teri has worked in public education for over 20 years. She received both her BA and teaching credentials from California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and has since served as teacher, mentor teacher, district model classroom teacher, intern supervisor, Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Support Provider, and on-site administrator. Although Teri has educated students in k-6 & the post graduate level, the majority of her professional life was spent working with middle and high school correctional students in Juvenile Court Schools in Orange County, California. She received her MA in Integrative Studies/Correctional Education from CSUSB and completed her Ph.D. at Claremont Graduate University where her research centered on the correlation between student academic success and student wellbeing. Teri currently works with district administrators, principals, and teacher leaders in Los Angeles Unified School District to support and evaluate Learning Teams Implementation. Teri's passions are her family, teaching and learning; therefore her free time is usually involved with one or more of these interests. |
