Tim Tatsui, Ed.D., Associate Director, Pearson Learning Teams. Tim Tatsui, Ed.D., is an Associate Director for Pearson Learning Teams in the Teacher and Education & Development group of Pearson. He has served as a classroom educator, district trainer, and instructional coach in the Compton Unified School District. He worked with teacher education programs as a master teacher and advisor at California State University, Dominguez Hills, Pepperdine University, and Loyola Marymount University. He has served as a Program and Policy Development Specialist in the Offices of the Executive Officer and Chief Instructional Officer in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Tim completed his Doctor of Education at UCLA, where he researched teacher clinical practicum models and conducted action research around college-going culture development. He has worked with district administrators, principals, teacher leaders, and community partners in Pearson Learning Teams projects across the nation, including Cincinnati, OH, Omaha, NE, Whittier, CA, Pomona, CA, and Los Angeles, CA, to design, support, and evaluate Pearson Learning Teams implementation. |
