Implementation Support Level 3
For: For school leadership teams implementing Learning Teams (LT) at their sites andfacilitating teacher workgroups (B, C, D required). Usually requires at least 8 schools from district/region working with an Achievement Solutions Advisor.
Design: 1 day, 6 hours; organized across schools by workgroup, e.g., 1st grade workgroup facilitators, algebra 1 workgroup facilitators.
Content:
- Self and peer review of workgroup focus and findings (Seven Steps workbook analysis)
- Advanced training on specific protocol steps: planning instruction (step 4) or analyzing student work (step 6)
- Review of leadership themes and skills
- May also include content developed specifically for that district or region
