First Regional Administrator Workgroup meeting (C) to prepare for Leadership Institute

Learning Teams Leadership Institute (B)

Initiate and sustain all LT settings and school site services (C/D)

  • Weekly or bi-monthly teacher workgroup meetings
  • Monthly Instructional Leadership Team meetings
  • Monthly Building Administrator planning meetings
  • Monthly Regional Administrator Workgroup meetings
  • Goal - familiarity with workgroup meeting guidelines and protocol
