For: School and district personnel interested in learning more about Learning Teams (LT) as a mechanism for school improvement and site-based professional development; and/or school and district personnel leading buy-in process for A thru E implementation designs.
Design: Either one 6-hour session, two 3-hour sessions, or three 2-hour sessions.

- Overview of Achievement Solutions LT Framework and research findings
- Introduction to LT settings
- Introduction to LT protocols
- Description of resources and personnel that support effective LT implementation.
