Leadership Institute
For: School teams who will lead implementation of the Learning Teams (LT) program at their school sites. School teams include principal, assistant principals, content coaches, and teachers who will facilitate teacher workgroups as part of LT implementation.
Design: 3 contiguous days, 6 hours per day
Content:
- Overview of LT framework, settings, research findings
- General guidelines for team meetings
- Workgroup protocol simulation: addressing Common Student Needs - 7 important tasks/steps
- Leadership themes and skills
- School Leadership Team meeting: implementation planning
