School-Site Services
Implementation Support Level 2
For: For school leadership teams implementing Learning Teams (LT) at their sites (Band C required). Schools receive services from a fulltime Achievement Solutions Advisor. Usually requires at least 8 schools from district or region.
Design: 2-2.5 Advisor service days per month, per school; 20-25 per year
Content: Each month, at each school, Advisor:
- meets monthly with administrator(s)
- participates in monthly Instructional Leadership Team meeting
- participates in 2 teacher workgroup meetings (strategically selected)
Throughout these settings, Advisor assists with LT implementation: training, coaching, planning, strategizing, problem solving, and in leading the analysis of achievement and implementation data
